    Same procedure he instructs me to move forward until he says stop, again everything's fine, he must know what he's doing, seeing as he works with cars every day, he must move hundreds of cars every week and his judgement seems fine.

    It dawned on me how difficult this manoeuvre was going to be, so as I attempted to jump out of our car to get a member of staff do the maneuver themselves, a tall dark haired man approaches me, and says he'll go grab some keys and get the cars moved. "Turns out this man is the manager of this dealership, Dean Stoner?) Or (the owner) as he likes to refer to himself".

    Terrible communication from Sales person! Never returning calls about delivery. Have complained to Hyundai Head Office. Shame as car was very good

    Then everything isn't so fine with the last procedure of this manoeuvre. Again the manager instructs me to reverse one final time, I do as instructed until yet again the cars sensors beep warning "us" that I'm getting close to the offending car. Again I completely bring the car to a standstill, (specifically asking him) if he's sure I can continue reversing back very very slowly, as he's still instructing me to do so.

    The manager then instructs me to continue reversing back even further, I said to him "are you sure?" Informing him that it must be really close already as the sensors are beeping, he could also hear them beeping as my window was down. "Yes" he says, so trusting his judgement I reverse back very very slowly until he tells me to stop. Everything's fine.

    He then instructs me to move our car forward very slowly, I do as instructed, he proceeds to bend down inspecting the near side front of his vehicle, stands up stick's his thumb up informing me that "your ok, it's fine", proceeds to walk away, didn't look or even glance once at our car, he couldn't care less.

    We was escorted to our car "not left in a customer parking bay" by a member of Hyundai staff. I was then instructed to jump in and move the car myself as they "didn't want our car getting blocked in more then it already was". (In other words they could see what a nightmare it was going to be to attempt to maneuver the car out themselves).

    I park our car up, step out to inspect the offside rear bumper, noticing that it now has a scraze with paint chipped off of our bumper, I'm not ok with this.

    Back he comes, with just one set of keys, he then proceeds to move just one of the cars, "not even the offending car that's blocking our car in most of all".

    Took the i20 back here to have yet more manufacturers defects repaired. Upon work being completed, we arrived to pick our car up.

    In the past where we've had to bring the car back for manufacturer defect repairs, they've had to remove the wheels, and damaged our alloy's.

    I give the car very little gas, just enough to hardly move the vehicle. As soon as I bring the clutch to barely engage the bite point, I hear the two vehicles make contact and stomp on the cars brakes to stop. I said to myself "your kidding me" out loud, he must of heard me say this. (It's as though he purposefully let me reverse into the car under his instruction, he didn't even tell me to stop)

    So in I jump as instructed by their member of staff, I noticed that there was two cars parked directly behind me nose to bumper horizontally in relation to our car, "them not being parked in a designated parking bay, or any kind of bay for that matter", just dumped there by members of staff in an area ment for vehicles to a be able to traverse the parking lot.

    He says he'll "spot me out" with the remaining car left in place. So I start the manoeuvre with my window rolled down to hear his instructions clearly, reversing slowly back, untill our cars sensors start beeping, to warn that I'm getting close to the offending car, so I come to a stop.
